Please read our terms and conditions carefully to ensure that we offer the right accommodation for you.
We own 2 very friendly house dogs, so Holt Farm Guest House is not suitable for people with dog allergies or phobias. We do not allow them in the kitchen when preparing food and if guests request we will do our best to ensure the dogs are kept away for the duration of your stay.
- We are not able to accommodate guests dogs.
- Smoking is not permitted indoors.
- As many people come for some peace and quiet we don’t accept children under the age of 14.
How To Pay Your Deposit and Balance
A deposit equal to one night's stay is required to guarantee a reservation. 72 hours notice of cancellation is required.
At present we only accept cheques with guarantee card or cash.
Check In and Departure Times
Check in is between 5 and 6.30 p.m. and we ask that guests vacate their rooms by 10.30 a.m. on the day of departure. If you will be arriving after 6.30 p.m. please let us know in order that we can arrange our evening accordingly.
